Reads barcodes from the image specified by GDI HBITMAP handle. You can find decoded barcodes in FoundBarcodes property.

hbmp: Type: SystemIntPtr
The HBITMAP handle for an image.
pageIndex: Type: SystemInt32
Zero-based index of the page to find barcodes at.
pageCount: Type: SystemInt32
The number of pages to read barcodes from. -1 means "to the last page".
